“When I first joined 540, I often said, “If I can do these workouts, ANYONE can do these workouts!” With Trevor’s detailed programming, any workout can be modified or scaled to meet varying needs. I joined 540 because I enjoyed the challenge, the diverse workouts, and the excellent results I saw almost immediately. However, I’ve stayed at 540 for over 14 years because of the PEOPLE! My gym family has supported, encouraged, lifted, and provided for me over and over again. I am not exaggerating when I say my 540 family is a huge part of how I made it through a very difficult battle with breast cancer. My oncologist has commented that the type of workouts, a solid combination of weight bearing, cardio, and high intensity cardio, has been such a key factor in a long recovery.
