WOD Wars IV

Our local based team comp is back again!

Coming on October 29th, CrossFit 540 will be hosting a fitness inspired competition involving teams of two males and two females. Wod War 1 set itself aside from the pack by not having a scaled division and offering options for athletes to choose from so that everyone can compete at the same level. At WW4 we look to continue this unique option. Held in our home gym at CrossFit 540, the intimacy and energy created during our one day event is tough to match! With the excitement generated from seeing all level of athletes come out and push themselves to new levels, the underlying goal each year at WW's is for people to be able to have a good time.

This year we are going to cap the comp at 60 teams so that we can spread out more and keep the athletes on the floor feeling a bit less cramped. We still plan on keeping things moving along a brisk pace so that everyone can get back to there lives as soon as possible.

The price of the comp is remaining the same as last year at $220, and we are still planning on pumping as much energy, awesome music, and intensity into one day as possible.
